How do I register as an individual?
Click 'Register'Click 'As An Individual'
We will need some personal information from you - Complete all fields and click 'continue'
A summary of your details will be displayed on the screen, after checking details click on 'complete'
Your registration number will then be displayed on the screen, and you will be emailed all the further information you require including a donation form and tax receipts.
I was registered last year - do I have to re register again this year?
If you remember your login details from 2007 then go to the login section, enter these details and select whether you would like to start a team, join a team or register as an individual for this year.Your details will then appear pre-populated and you will just need to re-enter your password and confirm all details before your registration is complete.
You will then be sent some emails with all info you need to get Mo-ing in 2008!
How do I register a team?
Click 'Register'Click 'Start a Team'
Enter your desired team name – if this is already taken you will need to come up with a new name
We will need some personal information from you - Complete all fields and click 'continue'
You then have the option to invite friends to your team via email. (If you have a lot of people to invite then skip this step and simply forward the 'join my team' email you receive from us after completing the registration process)

Your registration number will then be displayed on the screen, and you will be emailed all the further information you require including a donation form and tax receipts.
*Please note that the people you have invited to join your team via email will still need to follow the links to the website and enter their details before their registration is complete.
Does everyone in my team have to register?
Yes, everyone in your team needs to be registered so that they receive all the information from us. It is also a legal requirement for all participants to register.I've already registered but now I want to join my mate's team?
Go to the 'login' section of the website (top right corner) and enter your rego number and passwordOnce logged in, click on the edit my details tab
Underneath your name will be a drop down menu which indicates your status. Change this to 'Team Member'
You will then need the team captain's rego number and email address to verify what team you wish to join.
I don't have an email address – what do I do?
We require an email address from you in order to join as all information is sent via email, and you will also need your email address to log in and view your donation progress.If you do not have an email address, please ask a family member or friend if you can have the information sent to their address and printed for you.
Your email address and personal details are protected by our privacy policy and will not be sold to any third party or used for marketing.
How do I donate to more than one person?
If you would like to donate to a team then follow these steps:Click on Donate.
Click on Donate to a Team.
Search by entering the Team Name or Captain's details.
Click on Donate next to the search results and follow the rest of the steps to complete your donation
If you would like to donate to multiple individuals who are not on the one team, or only want to donate to a few people from the team then you will need to complete the standard donation process for each person.
How do I issue receipts?
Print out the receipt pages you have been emailedFill out both the top and bottom sections of the receipt – keep the top stub and give the person donating the bottom section.
At the end of Movember send in all receipt stubs along with your payment and donation form (if necessary)
Where can I get another donation form or receipt booklet?
You can download another copy of the donation form or receipts by going to the login section of the website (top right corner)Enter your rego number and password
Click on the [INCENTIVES] tab and scroll down to the bottom of this page.
How can I get a ticket to a Gala Parté?
If you have raised more than $100 (either online or received by us by mid November) you are entitled to a free ticket to a Gala Parté. Once this $100 target has been reached you will be sent an automated email which explains how to redeem your Gala Ticket.Please note – the email is not a ticket. You must follow the steps outlined in the email to receive the ticket.
If you raise more than $200 you are entitled to a second free ticket. You will receive another email notification and need to follow the same steps as with the first ticket.
Alternatively you can purchase Gala Parté tickets for $33 each by visiting the Events, Prizes & Gear section of the website and paying online with your credit card.
