Getting your workplace involved in Movember is a great team building activity and a fun way of raising money and awareness for men's health - specifically prostate cancer and men's depression.

To register your team you will need to:

1. Get the support of your business, download the                                       [ INTRO PRESENTATION ] to help you get things started
2. Select a team captain and decide on a team name
3. The team captain then registers the team [ HERE ] and invites others to join via email
4. Invited teammates then follow the instructions, go to the website and register for themselves
5. Once registered all team members will be emailed information on how to raise money for Movember
6. Encourage your employer to 'Dollar Match' your moustache growing efforts (for more assistance with this you can contact alana@movember.com)
7. Celebrate your workplace's month of Mo growing and fundraising by registering your Mo Office party to receive a great party kit. You can register your Mo Office party [ HERE ] .
