My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'll be running over 60km during Movember. That’s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. This is my 9th year taking part in Movember, to make a difference for mental health and suicide prevention. Globally, the rate of suicide in men is high and unfortunately guys tend to struggle in silence, so I'm doing my bit to raise awareness and break the mental health stigma. Help me to stop guys dying too young.
