Losa's Motivation

I think that sometimes we forget that Men are just as susceptible to mental health issues as Women. Having been raised by two parents who have both suffered from mental health issues over the years I've noticed that for my father in particular it is difficult to admit when he is having a bad time. I can grow a beard and even though it is awfully uncomfortable and being a women just slightly embarrassing, if it raises funds for this cause then I am willing to do it.

The Gala Parte in Brisbane was absolutely aMOzing last night! It felt awesome to turn up to an event and not need to present my ticket because the door staff already knew who I was!! Such a good feeling to really feel the impact of one's efforts. It was also great to see all my fellow Mo Sista's and Mo Bro's all dressed up and enjoying themselves at the fabulous Cloudland in Fortitude Valley. I've added a few photo's to my Mo Space Gallery but here is one of me with our Co Founder (Left) and Man of Movember for Brisbane (Right).
Afterwards Sharon and I walked the Valley Mall for donations!
