My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

This year I’ll be taking part in Movember, The month where every man has the right to sport a full lip of hair or at least attempt to. For some men, regular health check-ups seem unnecessary, leaving the state of men’s health in crisis.

For me this crisis has hit all too close to home.

In 2015 at just 40 years young, my Uncle David passed away due to a preventative heart illness, leaving behind his wife and 1 year old daughter, along with an abundance of friends and family who loved him.

In memory of Uncle David, this year I am participating in Movember to raise awareness for men's health and to highlight the importance of taking health seriously whether it be; eating right, regular exercise, health checks or even just talking, because prevention is the best cure.
