My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Tragically this time last year my younger cousin Ian took his life after a long battle with mental illness. In his memory and to help raise awareness of mental health in young men, I will be running a half-marathon everyday in August.

In keeping with Movember traditions i'll also be growing a moustache for the first time since my adolescence!
