My motivation

I want to help raise awareness for an issue that is prevalent in society today. Mental health is not easy to talk about, and I wish to help destigmatize the negative connotations that surround the term ‘mental health’ I want all men to be able to see that it is not weak to talk about something if you are struggling because it does help. It is inevitable that I will know a loved one that is dealing with mental health issues weather that be a mate, brother, dad or colleague. It may not be an issue in my life right now, but I want to be ready and available for people that may struggle. It is an issue in society, and it means a lot to me to be able to be an advocate for mental health awareness.
