My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Being diagnosed with Depression, and nearly ending up another statistic of 'the black dog', by growing my 'Mo' I am hoping to create awareness and enable people to have a better understanding and acceptance into Men's Health. It isn't easy for Men to talk about their health, myself included even after all these years. We also need a greater support network not only for the sufferers but also for the carers, families and friends.

Well we've come to the end of 'Movember', I would like to that everyone who donated and not only help me to achieve my target but to beat it, for the first time....
