OVERVIEW
Mental health and wellbeing is equally important to physical health and wellbeing. It is now well documented that both are linked and many of the things that help with our physical health (e.g. physical activity/exercise) also improve our mental health.Â
Mental health problems in men can often go undetected or untreated. The reasons for this are numerous and complex but can often be attributed to a lack of awareness
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. PREVENTION IS EVERYTHING. EARLY DETECTION IS KEY.
By taking a few simple steps such as maintaining a good diet and taking action early when experiencing a health issue, every Mo Bro can improve their chances of living a happy and healthy life.

2013 FINANCIAL SUMMARY
The Australian Movember campaign raised $26.4 million in 2013. The Movember Australia financials are audited each year by PricewaterhouseCoopers. The chart below shows how these funds are applied:
91.7% Allocated to Men's Health Programs
Of the funds raised in Australia in 2013, 91.7% has been committed to programs supporting prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health initiatives. The Movember team is proud of the high percentage of funds committed to programs, which is well above international best practice of 80% of funds raised invested in programs.
