should hit my target distance today, though I probably need to up that by around 15 to 20k as I started a little early. heat plus massive hay-fever is really making me want to shave. still 3 options for hair colour for the Xmas party (but I'll stick to my blue till then)

one vote for a bright orange, one for keeping the blue (maybe touching it up to return to the vibrancy, and one for rainbow)

bit unsure of how to go back to my natural hair after all this... likely to shave my head, as that's the simplest method.

best of luck to all those trying to smash their targets in the last hours

D.

Illness has stopped me moving much the last few days, but today I was able to cycle for 31km along the beautiful coastline around Glenelg, Adelaide with my equally beautiful partner, Georgie. Next week I’m hoping to get back to jogging also
