Mental health and suicide prevention

November is the month where we lost a beautiful soul. Where we lost a smile that would light up an entire room.

Our Movember Team, A Shining Star, acknowledges that this is an extremely tough time for many communities around the world. We all feel that it’s imperative that we continue our Movember campaign, in honour of our dear friend Alex.

Donations are wonderful and still encouraged. However, this year we will be focusing on raising awareness and taking part in conversations that aim to break the stigma that surrounds men’s mental health.

We encourage participating in Mental Health forums, exploring the research and most importantly checking in on your friends and family.

We thank you all in advance for your ongoing support.
