My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I'm joining 30Moves to get moving for mental health.

2021 has been a tough one for me, and my fitness (both mental and physical) has taken a hit. There have been no events to look forward to and motivation has been at an all time low. I've been hard on myself for not doing more, or not being half marathon fit, when those things don't really matter in a year full of lockdowns and loss.

So I'm pledging to move my body every day of the month in a way that feels great to me - dancing, riding my bike, playing tennis with mates. The goal is to enjoy movement without setting myself any particular goal or target, and get my family and friends doing the same.
