Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Globally 60 Men commit suicide every 60 minutes! I am growing a Mo as I know that raising awareness of mental health issues and opening up the doors for men to talk about their issues and challenges and not suffer alone to help save a bro!
