My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

It breaks my heart that we lose 60 men to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Let's help the men who need it so we don't lose them to suicide.
