Moustaches. Music. Merch. We’re obsessed with things that start with M. We have been now since we started, and it’s all culminating in a one-off epic gig to celebrate 20 years of Movember.
We’re talking about MO LIVE, a musical extravaganza going down on Friday 1 December at Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre. With Dune Rats, Northeast Party House and Go-Jo co-headlining, MO LIVE will be one party to remember.
More than just another gig in the packed summer schedule, MO LIVE is a celebration of the men’s health movement you’ve helped supercharge over the last two decades.
Movember founder Travis Garone says: “Whether it’s skateboarding, surfboarding or music, Movember’s DNA is built on culture. So many iconic artists are passionate about confronting and challenging systems, behaviours, and norms, and so this gig is an opportunity to not only celebrate that, but to lean into what Movember is all about: havin’ fun, doin’ good.”
True to form, the past 20 years of raising funds for a good cause have been a blast. But the real rockstar? That’s you. Thanks to your hairy efforts, we’ve funded over 1,320 men’s health projects taking on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
We couldn’t have done it without you. Which is why we consider you a MO LIVE VIP. And true VIPs deserve the best. Like…
Just look at those names. Dune Rats. Northeast Party House. Go-Jo. Need we say more? No, but we will.
You might know Brisbane surf punk three-piece Dune Rats from their killer 2022 album, Real Rare Whale. Or maybe you caught them in concert during their world tour. Either way, you won’t want to miss them at MO LIVE, where they’ll share the stage with ARIA Music Award nominees Northeast Party House and indie, hip-hop and R&B artist Go-Jo.
You know what else VIPs deserve? They simply must have access to limited-edition merchandise.
In fact, MO LIVE is extra-special because we’re celebrating a massive milestone in our hairy history. And what better way to commemorate our 20th anniversary than with some very limited-edition merchandise.
Proceeds from this limited run of tees, long sleeves and caps go towards men’s health projects across mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Plus, they look pretty epic.
You can get yours here. After all, if you go to a gig and you don’t cop the merch, were you even really there?
Tickets to see this epic trio are selling like hot cakes but you can still get yours now via Moshtix.
