My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

The last few years have been tough on a lot of us. It's clear that our mental health is something maybe we've ignored or been unaware of, and we have suffered. Some of my close friends and family have experienced dark and tragic moments and this year I'm growing my Mo to help support Movemeber for them.
