My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having lost close friends and my father-in-law by suicide, I believe that we need to raise more awareness around what to do if we are to go through tough times ourselves and how to recognise this in our family and friends.
Movember is a great way to spread that awareness!

The most courageous and inspiring thing a man can do, is to stop and ask for directions....in his life!
