My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm running New York City marathon in November 2025 for the 60 men we are tragically losing to Suicide every 60 minutes across the globe. On September 5th 2025 I will be attempting to break the record for the fastest time across the 160km coastal trail from Bondi to Manly and back to Bondi. I'm extremely lucky that I'm not a statistic after attempting to take my own life on December 4th 2014. Suicide is the biggest killer of young Aussie men under the age of 44. Let's bring awareness to this important issue to help save our men.
