My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having seen serveral of my family, friends and colleagues struggle with mental health at different times in their lives, for me Movember is a great opportunity to raise vital funds for supporting men's mental & physical health. As blokes we have a tendency to bottle things up and have that "it'll be alright mate attitude", I want to remove the stigma around mental health & depression and show blokes that sometimes it's OK to not be OK.
