My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost an uncle to suicide when I was a kid. For a long time, apart from being extremely sad, I saw it as selfish and pointless...I'm so glad (my) awareness and knowledge about mental illness has come a long was since then.

Understanding that afflictions like depression are a legitimate illness that needs funding and awareness to develope treatments and throw off stigma is the reason I do Movember.

Don't suffer in silence. If you're feeling sick, reach out. I think people would feel more privileged than put out if you confide in them.
