I’ve been part of the Movember family for over six years, but this year it hits differently.
With our baby boy arriving soon, Movember’s mission isn’t just something I work on - it’s something I want to live by more than ever, for him and the world he’ll grow up in.

I want him to grow up in a world where being a man means being kind, open, and empathetic. Where strength comes from caring, listening, and showing up - for yourself and for others. A world where talking about how you feel and looking after your mental and physical health is just normal.

So this year, I’m growing a mo and moving for him - for the little guy who’s already changing the way I see the world, and for every dad, son, brother, and friend who deserves to live a long, healthy, happy life.
