Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'll be swimming 15km and running 90km for the joint effort in changing the fave of men health.

At Smokin' Laces RC our core drive is to create a supportive community of men that acknowledge the power of mental fitness. The 'Move for Movember' campaign aligns directly with our messages of encouraging exercise to be built into day to day life.

We are very excited to be on board with Movember this year and we encourage all men and women to join our team as we work together to raise essential funds in the men's health field.
