My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

To raise funds and awareness this Movember, I'll be attempting
- to grow a 'tash although no promises with my facial hair!
- Running 60 km throughout the month as part of Move For Movember
