My motivation

I am proud to help raise funds for Movember again this year. Unfortunately here in Australia despite having access to world class healthcare too many men still die young. So for all the amazing men in my life- past & present- my Husband, Dad, Grandfathers, Father in Law, Brother in law, Uncles, Cousins Nephews and Friends, I'll do my best to run 20kms & walk 40kms across Movember. These 60kms will represent the 60 men the world loses to suicide every minute of every day- a truly horrifying statistic. Movember looks at mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion. We're working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well, and are supported by those around them.
