This year, I’ve decided to spare everyone the shock of seeing my baby face, so the beard is staying!
But that doesn’t mean I’m taking a break from Movember!
Instead of growing a shaving the breads and growing Mo, I’ll be putting in the kilometres by walking and cycling throughout November, including a big overnight walk from Wetherill Park to Alexandria.
Having proudly supported Movember since joining Coles, I’m continuing my commitment to raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
For me, Movember is about more than fundraising. It’s about reminding men that it’s okay to speak up, ask for help and have those difficult conversations. Too many men suffer in silence, and sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference.
As a husband, father, colleague and leader, I want to help create a world where men feel comfortable talking about their struggles without fear of being judged.
Every kilometre I walk or cycle represents my commitment to making a difference.
Whether you donate $5, $20 or simply share my page, your support means a lot.
No Mo this year, but plenty of movement for men’s health!
