This year I’ve grown a horrible handlebar moustache for @Movember to raise awareness, money, and more importantly: to get people to talk about Men’s Health.
Because the reality is: Men don’t. They don’t say anything, they don’t go to the doctor to get checked, and they don’t reach out for help when they’re struggling.
The result: poor mental health, cancer, suicide. Dead. 5 years younger than they should, from something within their control.
So please: if you can, donate some money! If you can’t, just go and talk to someone you love about men’s health.
Because talking literally saves lives.
