My motivation

This year, I’m taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life — trekking to Everest Base Camp — not just to test my limits, but to raise awareness for something even more important: men’s health.

As a dad, a mate, and someone who's seen the silent battles men often fight alone, I'm stepping up to make a difference. Whether it's mental health, suicide prevention, or cancer awareness, Movember is tackling the issues that too often go unspoken.

The training is tough. The altitude will be brutal. But compared to the weight many men carry every day, it’s a small price to pay.

I’m doing this for my sons, so they grow up in a world where asking for help is strength, not weakness.
I’m doing it for the men who think they have to carry it all alone.
I’m doing it because change starts with movement — and mine is 5,364 metres up.
