My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm proud to be joining them once again.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Over the years, I have lost both family members and close friends to suicide. Every loss is a reminder of why we must continue to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and let people know they are never alone.

My family and friends are officially teaming up for Movember. I’m taking on the 60km Challenge in a single day, one kilometer for every man we lose to suicide every hour across the globe. Joining the fight, is my son who is growing his very first Mo for Movember and my daughter is stepping up as the ultimate Mo Sista!

We need your help to change the face of men’s health. Every donation, big or small, saves lives.
