In support of men’s health and to have a bit of fun!
I’m growing a beard for 7 months, together with my best mates, from 1 Jan 2024 to 12 July 2024 (Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival 2024).
Only trimming of top lip Allowed until Festival

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
