This year is my 13th Movember campaign and your donation will help me push towards $150,000 raised to help supports Men's health.

You can of course donate directly to my Movember page (which you are on reading this). Plus I run Community Containers as part of the Container Deposit Scheme around the country, so if you have spare cans and boottles you can donate them to me by scanning my barcode for your region (Available via www.communitycontainers.com.au) with all donations going directly to my charity fundraising for Movember.

Day 29. I picked up some Movember gear from Coles supermarket, including this cool drink bottle. If you are after some you’ll have to be quick as stocks were running low at the store I went to. As a bonus $1 from the sale of every item is donated to Movember. #movember #donate
