My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.
This year l got the news that a very good friend and fellow martial artist was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. He is currently awaiting an operation to remove his prostate with follow up treatment afterwards.
He is such a great person and friend that i hope everything will go wellfor him.
