My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the only charity that focusses on changing the face of men's health. I'm joining them for another year as I believe we really can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young by raising awareness and allowing these men the confidence to speak up, get help, talk to mates or partners, friends and family. As a man in the construction industry, I can clearly say from experience that speaking up or asking for help isn’t always easy. It’s time to change that.
