My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. In 2023, 3214 people took their own life with 75% of them being men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming create a massive change in this area by changing the face of mens health. That's why in 2025 I will be tackling a challenge deemed The Weight of Loss: Raising the Bar for Mens Health.
