My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

100 km. 27 laps. For the mind as much as the body.

On 7 November 2026, I'm running a 100 km ultra marathon at Centennial Park, roughly 27 laps of the same loop, to raise money for Movember's mental health work.

This one is personal. In 2024, I went through a really tough time with my own mental health, and it took longer than it should have to reach out. Running became part of how I found my feet again, and this challenge is part of that story.

The training has had its ups and downs, just like the last couple of years. Some days the legs and the head cooperate, and some days they don't. But I keep showing up, and I'm giving this everything I've got.

Movember funds mental health and suicide prevention programs, along with prostate and testicular cancer research. Too many men are struggling in silence. If this page gets even one person to check in on a mate, or to reach out themselves, it's worth every kilometre.
