Globally, on average, 1 MAN DIES BY SUICIDE EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY. During this Movember, I will grow a mo and I will commit to walking or running 60 kilometres. That's 60 kilometres for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour.
 
Movember is working to change this number - but they need our help.
