My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my baby brother Cam to suicide in 2013 - he was 33. He wrote an 8 page letter explaining his decision, he was very thorough and my takeaway from his letter was he honestly thought he had no other option. I want guys to always pick the other option - there is always a better option than suicide.

I want guys to know it's ok to not be ok and to get some help. My brother said in his letter he didn't want to be the medicated guy - I want guys to be the medicated guy....not the dead guy.
