My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have personally seen the impact of depression, losing a very close friend to suicide at a young age, and would like very much to raise awareness of this widespread issue, along with the other amazing research Movember is contributing to.
The added stresses and pressures seen in the crazy year that 2020 has been so far only increases the importance of awareness, particularly around mental health, but also just in concentrating on our overall heath and wellbeing.
