I've personally have had a number of life-changing events over the past 2 years. Bundle that with lockdowns, remote learning, outbreak scares and other challenges and it takes its toll.

It makes me realise that even the small efforts and sacrifices that are made - like growing a dirty 'tash during Movember - help raise awareness and much-needed funds for the organisations that support not just men's health and wellbeing, but by extension our friends and family and colleagues.

I've been part of the Movember movement since 2008, and even with times being tough in the wake of the global pandemic, I sincerely hope that you choose to donate what you can to help out with this great cause; whether you are a veteran to the cause or a new-comer, any money is good money!
