Generally there are a lot of statistics built in here supporting the cause. Having been a recipient of the damage these events can cause both family dynamics and individuals I understand intimately the affects of both mental health and suicide.

While statistics help identify flaws, decisive action supports improvement, I trust that this message inspires you enough to consciously take action, irrespective of application be this conversation, self awareness, training or donations
