My motivation

I recently had an operation to remove a large lump from the back of my neck.
It was uncomfortable
Luckily it was a benign tumour. This woke me up to take notice of my health.
I organised a full check up at my local GP.
My health wasn't as good as I thought
I'm overweight, have high blood pressure, cholesterol, risk for diabetes, reflux, snore & I'm unfit.
If I didn't go to the GP, I could have been unaware of my risk of a stroke!
Organise a check-up. Don't wait until it's too late!
