My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer

After 10 different Moustaches over the years - i am choosing to move for Movember this year - 60 km before the end of the month because exercise is great for your health - both mentally and physically

This is my 11th year supporting Movember but now more than ever I want to raise awareness for Men's health. Why? Because too many good, young men are dying for preventable reasons - talk to your mates if you are not happy, check your prostate and we can all make a huge difference. Too many sad stories, too close to home. Help me stop men dying too young.
