Guys, it’s tough to know what to say when a mate could do with some support. Let alone how to bring it up.

Having the guts to go there is easier said than done. But being there to listen to your mates is worth it. It can help them big time.

That’s what Movember SpeakEasy events are all about. Giving you the skills to hold the space for a mate who you think could do with a meaningful chat.

Hosted at Perth's The Reveley, this live event is packed with tools to help you tackle everyday conversations.

Run by thought-leader Tom Bell, alongside some of the nation’s favourite Triple M radio hosts, we want to help you connect with your mates now – and when they need it in the future.

You train your muscles at the gym. You train your hands to make a crust. So why not train yourself to be the best mate you can?

Talking can save lives. So head down to Perth's Movember SpeakEasy, and leave with the skills to be there for mates.

Even better, bring some of those mates with you. It’ll help you SpeakEasy. And that can only be a good thing for you and your mates.

Attendees to be 18 years and above.

Please Note: This is an event for men and those who identify as men. Movember Foundation’s experience in igniting conversations about men’s health has demonstrated that men often feel that they can open up in a different way when they are around other men. These events are being built with a male lens, to encourage men to open up and have ‘real’ conversations. The aim is to bring men together to find solutions and better understand how to look after themselves. Mo Sistas, we certainly haven’t forgotten the vital role you play in improving men’s health and supporting this work. Please encourage the men in your lives to attend. We will be sharing content from the events and also producing a report summarising the themes discussed in the sessions to be shared via social media and Movember.com, to guide us all on how to best support the men in our lives and keep this conversation going.
