My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is back. The boys are back. Raising funds and awareness again for men’s suicide prevention and mental health awareness. You know why I’m doing it, we’ve all lost someone to suicide and it fuckin sucks. If we can prevent that for at least one family that’s a win in my book. Suicide remains a leading cause of death among males in Australia and I wanna do my bit to help.

We’re doing something different this year and all the lads have committed to doing 100km each on the feet or bike over the month as well as growing mo’s in varying degrees of success.

Keen to raise some funds but as always the aim is to spread the message and get blokes to reach out and get help when they need it. Speak to ya mates, speak to ya family, speak to a therapist, speak to a fuckin tree if it helps get some pain off ya chest. Reach out to me if ya need some guidance on where to get shit off ya chest and I’ll help ya as best I can.
