Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, creating awareness of mens health that most people are not aware about, providing information to help us through difficult situations and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

So help me stop this clouded by the stigma of not speaking up or asking a question and help create useful information and awareness of what can be done.
