My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young and we can’t afford to stay silent. Movember's work in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer has never been more important. There's a massive amount of work to be done and I'm here to do my bit.

Previous year's activities
199 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.25 km00:09:17

Ran pretty badly, but super happy I've hit my monthly goal :)

200 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.25 km00:08:59

With 1 second to spare, I hit my goal of running Caulfield Park < 9:00!

200 Week(s) Ago
I ran 3.01 km00:16:28

A bit of a freestyle run/jog through and around The Tan

201 Week(s) Ago
I ran 4 km00:18:43

A bittersweet run in an attempt to clear my head after the passing of a dear friend

201 Week(s) Ago
I ran 4.81 km00:22:01

Ran around Albert Park lake for the longest consecutive run I've ever gone on. Heaps of people I had to run off course to get around, and felt a bit under the weather, so I think I can run < 21 mins (and I hope I can run < 20 mins) when I do it again.

202 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.26 km00:10:20

As you can see, I botched this recording and photo. Didn't pause my Fitbit and then tried to edit it after the fact (which I now know you can't do). 9:07 was my actual time as I crossed the line - a new PB! Getting closer to the elusive < 9:00!

202 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.23 km00:09:11

Caulfield Park PB of 9:11! Aiming to crack 9:00 by the end of the month :)

202 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.23 km00:09:27

Felt like I was lethargic after a couple of coldies last night, but still ran a solid time (inc. my fastest 1k lap so far). Pace and fitness are on the improve!

203 Week(s) Ago
I ran 3.85 km00:17:22

This is my 1st timed run of the tan (2nd time I've ran it). Initial aim was for <20:00, but easily cracked that.

203 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.2 km00:09:22

A new PB for Caulfield Park :)

203 Week(s) Ago
I ran 2.2 km00:09:29

In preparation for this challenge, I ran 5 times in April: clocking 10:09, 9:27, 9:56, 9:47 and 9:33.
