My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

To raise funds and awareness this Movember, I'll be attempting
- to grow a 'tash although no promises with my facial hair!
- Challenging myself to a 24 hour pool session
- Moving 60 km throughout the month as part of Move For Movember by walking on different routes in new areas.

It's important that you keep checking yourself and don't be afraid to reach out if something doesn't seem right.
