My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to check out my page.

This year for my 30th Birthday on the 24th of November, I'd like to take the time to raise awareness for Mens Mental Health. (And to finally grow a killer moustache in the process).

Detrimental effects of men's mental health has affected me personally, and sadly had led to the loss of my older brother in June of last year. He was just 33.
I hope with more awareness we can help men come to speak out, and get help when needed.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

The aim of this is to both raise funding for men's mental health advocacy, and giving assistance to brave men who are able to seek aid when things are hard.

For this, you can make an impact by doing either of the following;
Forgo gift-giving, or buying me a drink for my birthday, and donate that here. I will remember seeing your name as a donor here (be it $1, or $100) indefinitely longer than I will for the coffee (or gin and tonic) you bought me.
or;
Reach out a friend, a colleague, a brother, a son. Seek to see how they really are, and listen with purpose.

November's just one short month, and we can all make a difference in the lives of men, young and old, all year round. Let's let this be just the first step.

I can't wait to post updates every few days on my moustache growth. You all know I love a selfie, and this is just another good reason for another!

Lots of love,
Gavin Rozario.

Good job, Gavin! Happy to join you in this effort. Especially since Men's mental health is something we touch on in our show.

Day one of Movember. Cheated a bit, and kept the moustache I already had.
Hoping for a mo’ that can rival Tom Sellicks’ by the end.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
