I’m taking part in Movember again this year because men’s mental health is personal to me.

Through my Army career, personal relationships and the physical and emotional aftermath of a life-changing accident, I’ve faced challenges of my own. I’ve also supported others through difficult times and seen how hard it can be to talk about what you’re going through.

You don’t always know what someone is carrying. Sometimes, the person who seems to have it all together is struggling too.

This Movember, I’m hoping to play a small part through Black Ops Detailing—raising funds, sharing my journey and encouraging people to check in on their mates. If it helps someone feel less alone or find the courage to reach out, that matters.
