My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm just getting to the end of my own health journey that's taken four years. In that time I lost a close friend to cancer, a wonderful family friend to heart disease and another good mate to suicide. I want to celebrate my continued existence and honour the lives of friends who have passed away. Working as a counsellor, I am very passionate about mental health, including supporting men of all ages. You can find out more about what I do at www.wowthatworks.com.au
