My motivation

For me, it’s about supporting the men in my life friends, family, and colleagues who may be silently struggling. It’s also about looking out for myself and prioritizing my own well-being. By growing a moustache or contributing to the cause, I’m helping to spark important conversations that often go unspoken. It’s my way of showing that I care and want to be part of a movement that encourages all of us men and myself alike to seek help, get regular check-ups, and prioritize our health. Every small effort can make a lasting impact.
